Passionate about representing business interests, Stuart has over 20 years’ experience spanning a variety of sectors. He has built a successful career creating member-centric and value-adding associations that hold a position of influence in their respective verticals.
Stuart has driven diverse not-for-profit, commercial and government entities to exceed performance expectations while building sustainable futures through robust control and governance.
Stuart joined AINDT in 2024 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, he held senior leadership positions at The Institute of Public Affairs, Parking Australia, the Bus Association of Victoria, the Association of Accounting Technicians and EcoSmart Electricians.
In these roles, Stuart successfully increased membership numbers, strengthened the financial stability of associations to deliver budget surplus, successfully advocated for legislative changes, and increased sponsorship revenue.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Education and an MBA.

Uma Sudhakar Putan
Uma has been an integral part of the AINDT since 2011, starting as a certification administrator and progressing to Senior Certification Administrator and Finance Officer.
As the new Office & Finance Manager she continues to make a significant contribution to AINDT.

Juandri Potgieter
Since joining AINDT in 2020 as the NDT Certification Administrator, Juandri has transitioned to the role of CM Certification Coordinator. She remains dedicated to fostering continuous improvement within the CM certification department and to providing exemplary support to CM members and committees.
