Josh serves as a Non-destructive Evaluation Subject Matter Expert at Chevron. Having joined Chevron in 2013, Josh is involved in a range of specialised tasks focused on ensuring the integrity and safety of the company’s oil, gas, and energy infrastructure.
Prior to this, Josh was the Inspection Services and MWS Coordinator at INPEX. In this role, he was responsible for managing complex inspection services to ensure safety and compliance in the energy sector.
From 2011 to 2013, Josh contributed significantly to the Kellogg Joint Venture at the iconic Gorgon Project as an NDE Cross Check Coordinator. Gorgon is one of the world’s largest LNG projects and the largest single resource project in Australia’s history.
Josh’s extensive career began at ALS Laboratory Group, where he was the Business Manager for Inspection Services in Western Australia for over 13 years. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science (Non-Destructive Testing) from the University of Northampton.

With over 20 years of NDT industry experience and a decade of engineering design and R&D in transport, defence and manufacturing industries, Glen is the co-owner and technical director of Asset Integrity and Compliance Inspection Services (AICIS).
Glen boasts diverse experience within the industry including roles such as supervision of projects from Indonesia through to Level 3 technical control of off-shore projects in the Bass Straight. Starting with his first NDT job with Australian NDT Services in 2005 as a radiographer, Glen progressed to roles such as National quality manager and General manager for LMATS which was experiencing rapid growth in Australia during his time.
As well as holding a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Glen is also Certified in API 653 and certified by AINDT in 5 methods to Level 3. Glen spreads his time between technical control, in-service inspection of tanks and pressure vessels, heat exchanger inspections, new structural NDT inspections, Level 3 consulting and training.
His technical skills extend to advanced methods such as ACFM, magnetic flux leakage testing, Phased Array (Level 2 AINDT certified), ultrasonic inspection, eddy current testing, radiography (including CR/DR) and surface methods, ensuring thorough compliance and asset integrity.
Glen has been an active AINDT member and has supported the Victorian branch as Secretary, Vice president, President (twice), Treasurer and as a Federal Council Representative.

Ian’s most recent role was at ALS Industrial as a Level 3 NDT Technician. In this senior role, he was responsible for a wide range of high level tasks, including method development and validation, auditing, advanced analysis, supervision and training, and quality assurance and control.
From 2014 to 2017, Ian was a Quality Control Inspector at Laing O’Rourke in Darwin. In this role, Ian was responsible for the quality control of LNG cryogenic tanks. Prior to this, Ian was the Training Manager at ALS Industrial. He spearheaded the development of a blended online training program for technical training in NDT, and conducted internal audits and competency assessments. Ian also established a traineeship program and led training sessions focused on practical applications in engineering.

Peter previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Institute for Non-Destructive Testing (AINDT), where he led a successful organisational transformation—achieving financial stability, strengthening governance, and positioning AINDT as an internationally recognised authority in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Condition Monitoring (CM). Earlier in his career, as a senior leader at the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT), he oversaw the expansion of global certification programs and advanced international standards compliance.
Globally regarded for his expertise in NDT and CM certification, Peter has represented industry bodies on multiple international committees and working groups. He currently holds professional certification for ISO 18436-7 and previously held ISO9712 L2 & L3 Certification, a BSI Lead Auditor, and a CASA-licensed UAV Chief Pilot.
