The Department of Health is seeking feedback on the most effective option to manage the public health risks associated with the supply of drinking water in WA.

The consultation package includes an online survey and discussion paper. The paper titled “A new regulatory framework for drinking water in Western Australia”, provides a summary of the current regulatory framework for drinking water in WA and highlights the improvements that can be made to manage the public health risks associated with the supply of drinking water in WA more effectively.

Public comment closes Friday 30 August 2019.
